In our salon we welcome any and everyone who enters our doors. Regardless of race, gender, religion or political status - you are loved and will receive the upmost best we have to offer. Any confrontation in the salon will not be tolerated. If conversation turns uncomfortable for any of our patrons or stylists, you will be asked to change topic. If this cannot be done, you will be politely asked to leave the premis. These four walls are safe haven and more so for some than we know.
While we all love our littles beyond a shadow of a doubt, some mamas jump through hoops to get this hour of peace and quiet, Unless your child is part of a special event group or is on a date receiving services with you - Please leave the little ones at home! *this also applies to pets.
No Shows and Tardys 10 minutes or more past will not be tolerated. Debit or Credit Cards will be held on file for all clients. If a client no shows or is more than 10 minutes late for their scheduled service, the card will be charged 50% of the total booked amount. A tardy of 10 minutes or less will be forgiven but may effect the service provided. There is no budging on this policy. Our schedule runs on a very specific time constraint ensuring we are able to move on to the next appointment on time. Traffic is not an excuse for a late show. Destin traffic is notoriously inconsistent and must be accounted for!
Bridal Services will require a 50% deposit and a contract in order to secure your date. Whether the services are provided in our salon or on site at your location, we need more information at the time of your booking then a typical blowout service. Reserving the entire salon for your party is an option - just ask us!
